A Broken Arrow football recruit for Oklahoma State University was one of three teens arrested by Broken Arrow Police Thursday for an armed robbery and shooting on Tuesday.

Police arrested Devon Thomas, 18, Eduard Smith, 18, and Decarrio Taylor, 18, in connection with an incident in the 100 block of East Madison on May 27, 2014.

The victim told police Thomas, Smith and Taylor robbed him, taking "his shoes, money, clothing and marijuana." As the victim left in his vehicle, he told police one of the suspects fired a gun at him, narrowly missing his head.

Thomas is facing complaints of burglary, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit a felony, two counts of shooting with intend to kill  and two counts of robbery with a firearm. He is being held on a $315,000 bond.

Smith is being held on two complaints of robbery with a firearm, two counts of shooting with intent to kill, conspiracy to commit a felony and first-degree burglary. He is being held on a $290,000 bond.

Thomas signed with the OSU Cowboys in February and was already enrolled in classes at Stillwater. When he announced his intention to attend OSU, he said he selected the Cowboys over Clemson, Houston, Oklahoma and West Virginia.
