Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon was booked into Payne County Jail Sunday morning on a complaint of aggravated DUI.
It's the second DUI arrest for Blackmon, who was the number 5 draft pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
"Aggravated" driving under the influence means a blood alcohol content above .15, according to Sergeant Brandon Ingham of the Payne County Sheriff's Office. A breathalyzer test measured Blackmon's BAC at .24. The legal limit is .08.
A Stillwater police officer pulled Blackmon over at 3:01 a.m. June 3 for going 60 in a 30 mph zone and driving left of center. It took Blackmon four blocks to stop his white Chevy Tahoe at a gas station parking lot at the intersection of McElroy and Perkins Roads, according to a release from the Stillwater Police Department.
He was alone in the SUV.
Blackmon, who smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and had bloodshot eyes, admitted to drinking alcohol before driving, the release states.

Blackmon was pulled over in Carrollton, Texas in October of 2010 for driving 90 mph in a 60 mph zone at 3 a.m. He was also underage at the time of that arrest.

The two-time Biletnikoff Award winner burst onto the scene in his sophomore season, helping to fill the void left by the loss of Dez Bryant, amassing 1,782 yards and a national-best 20 TDs on 111 receptions.
His junior season was more of the same, finishing with 122 receptions for 1,522 yards and 18 TDs.
Those two seasons combined with his quiet freshman year puts Blackmon second in all major statistical categories on OSU's all-time record list, with 253 receptions, 3,564 yards and 40 touchdowns.
He is the 18th OSU player to be selected in the first round and the highest since Barry Sanders was selected third overall in 1989.
