Death Of 3-Year-Old Tulsa Boy Ruled A Homicide

TULSA, OK -- The state Medical Examiner's Office ruled Jace Burgess' death a homicide Monday.

The three-year-old was buried Monday, five days after he was taken off life support. His family chronicled his story on a website, including the donation of his organs.

The medical examiner believes Jace died from blunt head trauma. Police say a man was babysitting the toddler and he says the injury was an accident.

Investigators are still looking into the case to see if charges should be filed.
