Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy Stands By Legal Control Over Price Tower Amid Lawsuit

The Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy is responding to a lawsuit asking for its legal control over the Price Tower to be removed.

The tower's owner, Cynthia Blanchard, argues the conservancy's rights ended when she bought the building.

The conservancy says it stands by its legal control.

The group says Blanchard told them she wouldn't sell any more items from the tower and would let the conservancy tell future owners about the legal control it has over the tower and its items.

However, Blanchard filed the suit Monday saying the conservancy has interfered with her ability to sell the tower.

Blanchard is also being sued by a group that says it already has a contract to buy the tower.
