Tulsa Dog Park Set To Open

The Joe Station Bark Park in west Tulsa opens to the public on Saturday at 9 a.m. On Friday, folks with the Dog Park Task Force tested it out with their pets and everybody seemed to enjoy it.

"People take their dogs to places like this to meet other people and to enjoy each other's company and the company of their dogs.  And the dogs hugely enjoy each other's company," said Herb Beattie of the Dog Park Task Force.

Two meetings next week will let the public give their thoughts on the possibility of two more dog parks in Tulsa.
