Through this COVID-19 pandemic President Trump has been characterized by action and hopefulness.
Leading America's private sector to fight the virus side by side with the government, and repeating with confidence our ultimate victory over it.
Tuesday, during a two-hour Coronavirus Task Force update from the White House, the president looked weary, as he talked about a surge of American deaths that scientific models indicate are looming. They're talking 100,000 to 240,000 dead Americans.
"I want every American to be prepared for the hard days that lie ahead. We are going to go through a very tough two weeks, and then hopefully as the experts are predicting, as a lot of us I think are predicting after having studied it so hard, we are going to start seeing some real light at the end of the tunnel."
He encouraged Americans to adhere to social distancing and staying at home especially for the next two to three weeks.
Let's all do that, and hope we can prove those models wrong.
