In today's cooking corner Jonathan Witte shows us how to make Oliveto's Rigatoni Rustica.
Butter 1 oz
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Diced Onions 2 Tbsp
Bacon ½ oz
Sundried Tomatoes 1 oz
Shrimp 3 oz
Grilled Chicken 3 oz
Marsala Wine 1 oz
Alfredo Sauce 6 oz
Rigatoni Pasta 8 oz
Asiago Cheese 1 tsp
Heat butter, garlic, onions, bacon and sundried tomatoes in a saute pan and cook until onions turn translucent. Add shrimp and cook one minute, turning once. Add grilled chicken, marsala wine and alfredo sauce. Cook for 45 seconds or until sauce thickens. Add Rigatoni pasta and toss well to coat all ingredients. Place pasta in a casserole dish and top with Asiago cheese. Bake for 3 minutes until cheese melts and dish is bubbling.
