Broken Arrow Police Investigate Overnight Murder-Suicide

Police in Broken Arrow are investigating a murder-suicide Thursday morning.

According to authorities, the shooting happened in a gated community near Kenosha and 257th Ease Avenue.

Police found a 50-year-old woman and her 18-year-old son dead along East Freeport Street. Both of the victims were found with apparent gun shot wounds and officers believe one of them shot the other before taking their own life.

No names have been released at this time.
