Body Found In Burned Out Vehicle In Logan County, Sheriff Says

A body was found in a burned out vehicle, the Logan County sheriff said.

The fire happened Monday evening near County Road 59 and Post Road.

While firefighters were fighting a wildfire in the area, they found a van and deputies found a body in the van, Logan County Sheriff Damon Devereaux said.

OSBI agents are assisting in the investigation.

The state medical examiner's office will determine the body's identity and the person's cause of death.
