Norman Police Investigate Shooting After Disturbance At Residence

Norman police officers responded to a shooting late Thursday night.

Police described the scene as a disturbance between two people at a residence near the intersection of 12th Avenue Northeast and Northern Hills Road.

One person was shot and taken to a local hospital. The victim reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said all people involved in the incident were at the scene when officers arrived.

The investigation is ongoing.
