Attorney General Mike Hunter is asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to order pharmaceutical maker Johnson & Johnson to pay more than $9 billion to cover the cost of combatting the state’s opioid crisis.

After a trial last year, a judge ordered the company to pay $465 million for its role in the crisis, but Hunter said that’s not enough.

Johnson & Johnson is also appealing the original ruling.
