Tulsa Police Investigate After 3 People Injured In Shooting

Tulsa police on Monday are releasing new information after they say three people were shot inside a car on Sunday night near East Apache and North Harvard Avenue. According to police, officers spoke with several people near the scene of the shooting who said they had heard around a dozen gunshots fired. Police said that soon after, they found a car that had been shot as they were heading south on Harvard.

Tulsa police on Monday are releasing new information after they say three people were shot inside of a car on Sunday night near East Apache and North Harvard Avenue.

According to police, officers spoke with several people near the scene of the shooting who said they had heard around a dozen gunshots fired. Police said that soon after, they found a car that had been shot as they were heading south on Harvard.

Police said that there were five people in the car at the time of the shooting and three of them were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds and are expected to survive.

Officers canvassed the area and found a gun in a nearby trash can and marijuana in a storm drain.

Police say no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
