Ham and Cheese Focaccia Sandwich with Sundried Garlic Aioli

  1. 1 loaf focaccia, cut into ¼
  2. 4 slices Manchego Cheese
  3. Sliced nectarine or apple
  4. Sliced deli ham

Sundried Tomato Aioli

  1. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  3. 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  5. 2 tablespoon sundried tomatoes
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. Fresh pepper
  8. Sea Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients except for the salt and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse till fresh herbs are mixed in & there are no large pieces.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
  5. Delicious on sandwiches, burgers, etc!
