A suspected drunk driver blamed his actions on "too much tequila and Bud Light."

The chase started after police caught the driver going double the speed limit in Edmond.

Edmond police dash cameras captured the tail end of a couple of cars racing.

As the officer struggles to keep up, the Camaro drives over the median kicking up dust. After slowing down, video shows the driver clipping a second curb.

Police: 88 driver striking center curb.

And while it appeared the driver was slowing down; he doesn't stop until he approaches a red light.

Police: Stop the car, pull to the right. Do it now!

After a series of police commands, the driver, complied and was placed in handcuffs.

Police: What's the speed limit?

Roberson: 40.

Police. It's not 74.

Police: How much have you had to drink tonight?

The driver was identified as Antheon Roberson.

According to reports, police clocked him going 74 mph in a 35.

Reports also showed after Roberson was taken to jail, his impairment worsened, and he was taken to the hospital where "he urinated on a wall."

He later told staff, "he thought he was in the restroom."

According to police, this was not Roberson's first DUI.

He was convicted for DUI in 2018.
