Thursday night lights kicked things off at 11th and Harvard as the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane hosted UC Davis.

It was a tough start, the Aggies went right down the field in the first to score a touchdown. A last second field brought the Aggies even with the Golden Hurricane headed into the half, 10-10.

Deneric Prince got loose, 59 yards loose, to score a touchdown in the third, putting TU up 17-13.

But TU was unable to pull off the signature comeback they showed last year. After allowing a field goal and a turnover for an Aggie touchback, the game ends with UC Davis on top, 19-17.

TU will have to regroup and turn the page to face Oklahoma State next Saturday in Stillwater.
