State Representative Tom Gann Looking Into Property Rights For Oklahoma Landlords

State Representative Tom Gann of Inola is looking into property rights for landlords and if Oklahoma law is being violated. Gann held an interim study to look into the Oklahoma Landlord-Tenant Act.

According to Gann, he believes it has been subverted by some judges and the eviction moratorium placed by the Centers for Disease Control.

In a statement, Gann said, "These small landlords are people who have invested in the real estate market and who have to continue to maintain their mortgages and other costs while receiving no return on their investment."

Gann says he wants to give a voice to small landlords and hear from experts on the issue.
