The Golden Driller plaza is now open after months of construction.
The $3.4 million project started in March. Crews moved the driving lanes to make the entrance and exit more efficient and gave it a new look. They also put up new signage.
“It’s state-of-the-art, I mean the finished product is just first class,” Tulsa County commissioner Stan Sallee said. “I want to thank the taxpayers of Tulsa County for doing this.”
County officials said the entrance hasn’t had a makeover since it was built in 1966.
