Fire Causes $35,000 Worth Of Damage To NW OKC Home

One person is recovering from smoke inhalation after their house caught fire overnight near Northwest 39th and Classen.

According to fire officials, two people were home when they woke up to the sounds of crackling. The two then found the backside of their house had caught on fire by a charcoal grill.

The fire is estimated to have caused about $35,000 worth of damages.
