CLINTON, Oklahoma -

News 9's Augusta McDonnell was west of Clinton, Oklahoma, Tuesday night -- ahead of a storm headed toward Oklahoma City.

McDonnell reported seeing really strong winds and a lightning show in those thunderstorms: big, big strikes of lightning, lighting up the sky. You can see it from every part of Clinton.

This is all in advance of a storm, a set of storms, that will roll through the Oklahoma City metro close to midnight.
