Broken Arrow Police Investigating Death Of 72-Year-Old Woman

Broken Arrow police have started a homicide investigation.

Officers say they they received a call from a family member on Sunday evening, who was worried about a relative they hadn't heard from in days and asked officers to check on the woman.

They went to the home near 81st and Aspen and found the house unsecured and 72-year-old Linda Davenport dead inside.

Police say she had traumatic injuries consistent with homicide.
