The Coweta Police Department has arrested a man they say shot a Kum and Go clerk five times during an armed robbery in November.
Coweta Police say Ellic Hayden turned himself on Sunday and is now in the Hayden is currently in the Wagoner County Jail.
The clerk survived the shooting.
