2 Women Killed In Adair County Crash

Two women were killed and a man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a crash in Adair County Tuesday evening, Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said. Troopers said Jolene Brown, 32, and Angel Vann, 19, died at the scene of the crash on US-59 about 6 miles south of Stillwell.

Two women were killed and a man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a crash in Adair County Tuesday evening, Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said.

Troopers said Jolene Brown, 32, and Angel Vann, 19, died at the scene of the crash on US-59 about 6 miles south of Stillwell.

Brown and Vann were two of three passengers in a 2021 GMC Acadia driven by 20-year-old Dustin Brown of Tulsa, according to the OHP.

Dustin Brown was treated and released from the hospital with head and neck injuries.

The other vehicle involved was a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup driven by a 17-year-old from Sallisaw. The driver of the pickup was treated and released from the hospital.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
