Attorneys representing 14 students at Ninnekah Public Schools amended their lawsuit which accused several parties of sexual abuse and failing to protect students.

The amended suit dropped complaints against Friend Public Schools, the Grady County sheriff and sheriff's office, and officer Phillip Blevins.

Attorneys said these parties agreed to participate in future court proceedings.

The Jane Does added new accusations against former superintendent Todd Bunch and alleged Bunch sexualized two females who recently graduated from Ninnekah schools.

In court documents, the victims accused Bunch of inviting two females to an overnight conference in Oklahoma City and of making inappropriate comments.
