1 injured in SW OKC shooting

A person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in southwest Oklahoma City, according to police.

Oklahoma City police say an officer was in the area after a traffic stop and heard shots being fired near SW 27th and May.

OCPD say when officers arrived on scene, they located a shooting victim with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers have not released any information on a suspect yet.

They say the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
