An Edison Middle School math teacher is in jail, accused of sex crimes with children in Kansas. Tulsa's fugitive squad arrested Christin Covel on Tuesday.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

An Edison Middle School math teacher is in jail, accused of sex crimes with children in Kansas.

Tulsa's fugitive squad arrested Christin Covel on Tuesday.

Sources tell News On 6 she had an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old student in Sedgwick County, Kansas, which is where Wichita is located.

Edison's principal says there aren't any reports of inappropriate behavior from Covel during her time here.
