Mustang Police Arrests 2 People Following Pursuit

Two people are in custody following a Wednesday night pursuit by Mustang police.

Investigators said the pursuit began between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Wednesday near Southwest 59th Street and Czech Hall Road.

An officer arrested a male subject out of a vehicle. A female in the vehicle became upset at the arrest.

She then left the scene, side-swiping a Mustang Police Department vehicle in the process. The vehicle sustained minor damage and no one was injured.

The suspect continued driving and damaged private property. Mustang police did not initiate the pursuit.

Officers said they arrested the suspect soon after she came to a stop.
