Sassy Mama: Southwest Salad With Honey Lemon Dressing

Sassy Mama shares her Southwest Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing recipe.

 Ingredients:

1. 1 bag kale crunch salad
2. 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
3. Cherry tomatoes
4. Crumbled feta cheese
5. Toasted pumpkin seeds
6. ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
7. ½ teaspoon lemon zest
8. 2 tablespoon honey
9. 1 tablespoon vinegar
10. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
11. ½ cup olive oil
12. Salt and pepper

 To make the dressing, add the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle dressing over salad.
