FedEx Driver, Who Confessed To Killing 7-Year-Old, Pleads Not Guilty

The FedEx driver who admitted to strangling and killing 7-year-old Athena Strand, who once lived in Oklahoma, has pleaded not guilty to her murder.

Tanner Horner told police he took Athena Strand from her Texas home last November after accidentally hitting her with his FedEx truck.

Right now, prosecutors said they plan to seek the death penalty.
