Sassy Mama: Banana Boat

News 9's Sassy Mama shares the perfect camping dessert, a banana boat.

Ingredients:

1. Banana
2. Toppings: marshmallows, granola, nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.

Instructions:

1. Place a large sheet of heavy-duty foil on a flat surface.
2. Peel the curved part of the banana making sure to keep it attached.
3. Scoop out the center of the banana and fill with toppings.
4. Put the banana peel back over the top and Seal in foil.
5. Place the banana onto a top grill or in a campfire for 10 minutes.
6. Carefully open the foil container and enjoy!
7.  These can also be made in the oven. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
