OHP Issues A Missing Person Alert For 12-Year-Old

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued a missing person alert for 12-year-old Cedric Hewes.

Cedric Hewes is 3 feet 5 inches, weighs 95 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Hewes was last seen in Oklahoma City, near 12104 Southwest 12th Street, wearing a black jacket and an orange shirt.

Hewes has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old.
