Juul Labs Set To Pay Out $8 Million To Settle Lawsuit

Juul Labs is set to pay out nearly $8 million to settle a West Virginia lawsuit that claims the company marketed its vaping products to underage users.

Last year, Juul agreed to pay nearly $440 million to settle a legal threat after an investigation by Puerto Rico and 33 states, including Oklahoma, accused the company of targeting its product to teenagers.
