State Attorney General Gentner Drummond has announced The Emergency Price Stabilization Act is in effect for five Oklahoma counties impacted by Wednesday night's tornadoes and severe weather.
The five counties are Cleveland, Lincoln, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie.
The Act is also referred to as the price gouging statute which prohibits an increase for the price of goods and services to help protect citizens from unfair price hikes.
