This week is "Goodwill Week," a time set aside to celebrate Goodwill Industries and the work being done to help people with disabilities or other employment barriers.
More than 600 people gathered on Tuesday at the Cox Business Center for this years award ceremony for Tulsa's Goodwill.
Goodwill’s mission is to provide work opportunities, job training and support services for people with disabilities or other employment barriers.
John Morgan was recognized as the graduate of the year, Becca Carnett received the Financial Resilience Award, Achiever of the Year winner was Crystal Cordova and the Goodwill Industries Employee of the year was Daren Barrett.
News On 6's own LeAnne Taylor served as emcee for the luncheon and help recognize the four outstanding individuals.
