A lawsuit filed against state prison officials reached a $1 million joint resolution recommendation.

Oklahoma inmate Josh England died of a ruptured appendix at the Joseph Harp Correction Center in 2018.

The lawsuit said England made five requests for medical help leading up to his death, but was never given a proper exam.
