Violent Incident Leads to Fraud Ring Bust, 2 Arrested

Tulsa police said a man trying to run over a woman with his pickup leads to two other arrests in a fraud ring. 

Police said on Friday afternoon they were called to 61st and Mingo after people called saying someone was trying to run over a woman with his truck and beating her.

When they got there, they found the woman hiding in a business with injuries and started the search for the suspect.

Cameras helped them track down Byron Panther's truck to a nearby hotel where they found four other people and a bunch of fake documents, including forged Oklahoma drivers licenses, gun permits, car titles, birth certificates and more.
