Meteorologist Justin Rudicel was live on Facebook with the forecast and storm timeline Sunday evening.
He says heavy rain, lightning and damaging winds exceeding 65 mph are possible.
Under the correct circumstances, the hail could reach the size of a quarter.
Some of the storms could be strong to severe and may reach the Oklahoma City metro, according to Meteorologist Andrew Adams. He says the best chance for that would be after 10 p.m., especially in the areas north of I-40.
Overnight storms will provide a cold front for the start of the week with highs in the 80s for Monday.
