A body was found during the search for a missing Lawton woman, the Comanche County Sheriff's Office confirmed to News 9.
The sheriff's office said they were searching for Emily Reid, 24, who was reported missing in the Lawton area last week, when they found a body.
The Medical Examiner is working to identify the body. It is unknown if the body found was Reid's.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol posted an update at around 7 p.m. Sunday in connection to Reid's disappearance, saying that she was located, but details about her condition haven't been released.

A GoFundMe has been posted confirming Reid’s death and seeking to help her family with funeral expenses.
An Endangered Missing Advisory (EMA) was activated for Reed on Thursday, Aug. 10, by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on behalf of the Lawton Police Department.
Authorities say Reid was last seen in Comanche County. After two days of searching, Reid's burnt orange Chevy Colorado was found abandoned in Elgin in a field near Trail Road and NE Lake.
Her clothes were also recovered nearby, Sheriff Stradling said.
Posts from Reid's family and friends online say she poses a danger to herself and others.
Authorities said her phone reportedly last pinged in the same area her vehicle was recovered on Saturday.
