A Texas man, who the Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested last month after a police chase, is in jail again, but now in Tennessee.

Court documents obtained by Cincinnati TV station WCPO allege that Lance Miller recently kidnapped and killed 36-year-old Kaitlyn Lynch before driving her vehicle with her in it to Tennessee and getting in another police chase.

When Tennessee deputies finally stopped the car, they discovered Lynch's body inside.

Ohio police claim that he shot and killed Lynch on August 18, before his arrest in Tennessee the next day.

He faces charges in both Ohio and Tennessee.

An online search of Oklahoma court records didn't reveal charges against Miller for his Oklahoma chase.

The July chase ended near Northwest Pennsylvania Avenue and Memorial Road where troopers forced the truck into a final spin.

He was booked initially into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on suspicion of transporting an open container, endangering others while eluding police, DUI, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
