Choctaw Man Dies Following Crash On Turner Turnpike, OHP Says

A man died after a crash involving a car and a semi on the Turner Turnpike, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

James A. Hall, 82, was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck on Monday night, OHP said.

OHP confirmed that a car went into the center median near Luther in the westbound lanes for an unknown reason. The car stopped and was stuck by the semi, OHP said.

OHP closed both eastbound and westbound lanes at mile marker 146.

Troopers said they are still investigating what led up to the crash.
