Durant Man Charged With Murder After Fatal Crash In Bryan County

A Durant man has been charged with murder after a fatal crash in Bryan County.

Court documents state that Herbert Burnett was chasing the victim, Jason Waller, during a rainstorm and was attempting to crash into him.

Waller lost control and subsequently died in the crash.

Burnett is being charged with second-degree murder.
