NORMAN, Okla. -
The man accused in a deadly road rage case out of Norman will appear in court Wednesday.
According to authorities, Mark Kottka was charged with first-degree murder after a fight near Main Street and 36th Avenue northwest ended with a driver being shot dead in the intersection.
The 62-year-old's preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday.
