A fascinating Stillwater Bedlam awaits.

Injuries to key players like top receiver Andrel Anthony hurting OU.

An update today, on the availability of the team's heart & soul, leader, organizer & best player, Danny Stutsman.

News 9 Sports’ Chris Williams reports after Brent Venables' presser.

There is no concrete answer yet on Danny Stutsman's availability for Saturday. If Linebacker Stutsman is feeling better and confident, we won’t know until closer to game time. And if Danny isn’t good to go, it will be redshirt freshman Kip Lewis filling in. Lewis has been making plays this season in spot duty and on special teams, and OU Head Coach Brent Venables says he’s impressed with his abilities.

“I’m really confident in Kip, [he] finds the football, plays really hard, and was a two-time defensive player of the year in the state of Texas. He knows how to play, and how to compete. He’s really tough. And he’s gotten a small window of opportunity and he’s really delivered,” said coach Venables.

No official word on Tawee Walker's injury status either, he’s coming off of a 146 rush-yard performance against Kansas, so it would be a huge loss if he’s unable to make the trip up to Stillwater with the Sooners on Saturday.
