The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said three teenagers went to the hospital overnight after a 16-year-old boy crashed the truck they were in.
Troopers said it happened around 11:30 on Saturday about three miles north of Depew in Creek County.
They said the teen driver was going too fast, drove off the road, hit a tree and rolled.
Troopers said the 17 and 18-year-old passengers were not wearing seatbelts and were thrown about five feet through the truck's window.
OHP said all three should be OK.
