Man Dies In Tulsa After Morning House Fire

A 55-year-old man died after a home in Tulsa caught fire on Saturday.

Investigators with the Tulsa Fire Department said it happened near the Gilcrease Expressway and Charles Page Boulevard.

Firefighters said the man was inside the house when they arrived to the scene and they were able to get him out.

They said he died shortly after going to the hospital.

The State Fire Marshal was called to the scene and is investigating the cause of the fire.
