Before the start of races for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, runners and guests can visit the Health and Fitness Expo at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
Doors to the expo open at 11 a.m. on Friday, but before guests arrive, organizers are preparing a preview of what runners can expect when they attend the expo.
During the expo, runners will be able to pick up packets containing useful information and meet the organizations supporting this year's Run to Remember.
Red Coyote founder Jon Beck, who operates two health and fitness stores in the Oklahoma City metro, said this weekend is the "Super Bowl" for his company.
"It's going to be a crazy, fun weekend," Beck said. "It gets busier and busier here throughout the weekend."
Beck said many visitors come to learn new ways to maintain healthy lifestyles, and the expo draws people from all over the US and the world.
Once inside, runners will be able to locate the packet pickup station and find a spot in line according to their bib number.
