OHP Investigating Fatal Logan County Crash

A crash Tuesday evening in Logan County left one person and resulted in five others being taken to the hospital, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

A fatal crash that happened Tuesday night in Logan County is under investigation, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said at around 9:40 p.m., a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Kenty Alik crashed while traveling southbound on State Highway 51 approximately four miles south of the town of Marshall.

Along with Alik, there were five other passengers in the vehicle: Viola Alik, 61, Tressa Alik, 54, Balili Alik, 18, an unidentified 15-year-old, and Bajin Alik, whose age was undetermined.

The driver and four of the passengers were transported by ambulance to a hospital in Oklahoma City and later released, however Bajin Alik was declared dead at the scene.

OHP said the cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
