As heavy rains fall on parts of Oklahoma overnight into Tuesday morning, multiple roads are impassable due to rising flood waters, and some drivers have become stranded as a result.

Oklahoma City firefighters responded to a mobile home park near South Sooner Road and Southeast 48th Street, where they rescued the occupants of a vehicle trapped by rising waters.

It is unknown if anyone was hurt, but OKCFD were able to evacuate the vehicle's occupants.

Additionally, in southeastern Oklahoma City, OKCFD said they were able to locate another driver standing on top of their vehicle near Southeast 59th Street and South Eastern Avenue, which had become severely flooded.

That driver was brought aboard a life raft and pulled to safety.
