Building At Oklahoma City Hospital Evacuated Due To Fire

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said the behavioral health building at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Midtown was evacuated after a fire believed to have started in a kitchen.

Firefighters assisted in the evacuation of a building located at a hospital Thursday morning in Oklahoma City, according to authorities.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said the main building at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Midtown was evacuated after a fire believed to have started in the kitchen on the first floor.

Firefighters said there was a large amount of smoke exiting the building through the exhaust on the roof.

OKCFD conducted a floor-to-floor search through the building.
