OCPD Sgt. Awarded For Bravery, Recovering From Being Shot In Standoff

The Committee of 100 in Oklahoma City honored OCPD Sgt. Joshua Scott on Wednesday for his 'bravery during a standoff'

OCPD says that Scott was shot by a suspect on July 2 after responding to a call of a man with a gun in northwest Oklahoma City.

Scott received the award on Wednesday, and OCPD says he is recovering from his injuries.
