A unique experience awaits wine enthusiasts at Pecan Creek Winery in Muskogee this weekend, where visitors can participate in the winemaking process through grape stomping.

Rather than using their hands, guests will get their feet in on the action.

Chris Ewing, from Pecan Creek Winery, highlights the winery's decade-long history, including their award-winning local grapes, which have earned recognition at the San Francisco Chronicle’s wine competition.

In addition to the grape stomp, the event will feature a 5K vineyard run, kids' inflatables, food, and plenty of wine.

The grape stomp will take place this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and it's free to attend.

Participants will even get to take home a unique souvenir, a custom T-shirt marked with their grape-stomped footprints.

For those who can’t make the event, Pecan Creek Winery offers various year-round activities, including wine tastings and special events.
